Beautiful Old Deaf Cat NEEDS New Home ASAP

This is Puffy, but you can call him anything. He can't hear you. I think he's completely deaf. He's over 14. He's always lived outside. This is his recent homeless shelter (see photos) made to keep him dry in the rain. His only friend (my neighbor's cat) died recently and he started beating up all the male cats in the neighborhood. He needs a cat loving caring person on property without other cats. (IDK how he is with female cats.) He has long hair and he loves to be brushed. No one I know has taken him to the vet. He's been healthy his whole life. Now the only thing I think he needs medically is his teeth cleaned. I tried to take him into my family but he's horrible to my 2 boy cats.
