Volunteers who assist in picking up trash should be aware that City Workers, should be picking up the trash on public parks and streets. We pay huge amounts of taxes for these workers to conduct these operations. Is not that why we pay taxes so we don't have to volunteer for these jobs? The same as Caltrans workers should b e picking up the debris and trash on the highways. The 501C3's are just organizing and indoctrination tools.
