Description
Have been feeling like garbage lately, so decided to do something nice for myself for a change.
Started the day with some yoga, drank some tea.
Colored my hair, gave myself a facial. Soaked my feet (would've loved a bath, but my bathtub is awful) while giving myself a manicure. Currently pondering a pedicure while waiting for more tea to brew.
Am foreseeing a nice walk this afternoon, followed by something simple for dinner (if I don't skip it outright; overindulged during the holiday, so maybe a fast would do me good). After that, maybe some more meditative stretching, then early to bed with a book.
Don't know if I'll come out of this looking much better. Am feeling better, though, which certainly counts for something.
