Reward $$$ for Information about Black male, elderly, lost 8/31/21. His "mom" had medical emergency at Howe Ave. Amer. River access. Someone took our chihuahua home rather than surrender to Front Street Shelter, which would have helped him come home. PLEASE contact us, he is our baby and we look for him everyday.
