Description

The IRS gave away millions without blinking so now they have created ID verify before issuing tax returns. They randomly selected taxpayers with letters stating your return looks suspicious. You have 30 days to prove you are who you are or we will not issue your return. My son worked 3 jobs and cannot be here so I have Power of attorney which IRS does not recognize. I need to fax a special IRS Power of Attorney. For the past 30 days IRS representatives have lied and set me up for failure. After more than 20 hours dialing their support number and six reps who told me the wrong procedure I'm now required to sit in a UPS store parking lot dialing the number hopefully reaching a rep and then while I've got them on the phone faxing the form to them. They are disrespectful, uneducated and thieves.
