NATICK, MA — Police made a quick arrest Wednesday afternoon after an armed robbery at the newly opened Aldi store in Natick, according to authorities.
Near 12:30 p.m., Natick, Framingham and state police responded to the Aldi near Route 30 and Speen Street. Police used a K-9 from Weston and surveillance footage to identify the suspect, Natick police said in a social media post.
The suspect was arrested within about 45 minutes of when the robbery was reported, police said. Police were still investigating the circumstances of the robbery as of Wednesday afternoon.
The new Aldi store opened in Natick in early November.
