Move an a/c to a second floor apartment and install in a window

I have a 10,000 BTU air conditioner I need moved from the back of my car up a small flight of stairs to a porch, then up a regular flight of stairs to a second floor apartment. I would also like to get it installed in a window. $40 cash firm.
