Founded in 2016, Ground Control Lawn & Landscape strives to beatify residential homes across the Mason, Ohio area. We are looking for team members who are motivated and willing to work outdoors. These employees will be responsible for the complete installation of our Paver Patio jobs. Previous construction experience is a plus. Complete training is included; We Will Train You! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operating heavy equipment needed to complete the job - Ensuring all work is completed according to industry and company standards - Working with other crew members effectively - Presenting and maintaining a professional image for the company - Using all tools in their appropriate manner, in accordance to company safety policy Qualifications: - Valid driver's license - At least 18 years of age - Strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality work Physical Requirements: - Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body and be able to reach overhead. - Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. - Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. - Be able to lift 75 pounds+ frequently throughout assigned workday.
