2 year old blue Quaker parrot. He loves to be pet on the head. He steps up, but only when he wants to (will give off a nibble when he doesn’t want you to pick him up). Rehoming fee of 500. Sex is unknown, but we call him a he. Located in West Chicago, right next to St. Charles. I will not respond to people asking for codes.
