Handyman for house improvement

Hello, I am looking to improve a 1965 2-story house in the Ames area. My teens want to make it into a party house and few things are dated. I am reasonably handy and can give a hand. You know the basics and are happy to do this kind of work. Here are examples of work I can think of, in order of priority: 1. removing popcorn ceilings and repainting 2. replacing windows 3. upgrading fixtures in bathrooms, maybe even installing a real bathtub 4. improving insulation in attic 5. making backyard nicer, weatherizing wood fence 6. remodeling a kitchen 7. installing light fixtures 8. installing curtain rods 9. finishing a basement Please reply with examples and references of remodeling work you did, or a recommendation for a handyman who did this type of work for you. Timeframe would be from now to the end of the summer. Thank you
