No Injuries Reported In East Islip House Fire

EAST ISLIP, NY - No injuries were reported after a house fire broke out in East Islip Friday night. The blaze was reported at a home on Simmons Avenue at about 7 p.m. The East Islip Fire Department responded with assistance from Islip Terrace, Islip, Great River, Bay Shore, and Islip Exchange Ambulance. Suffolk Police also responded. Police say no one was home at the time of the fire. The cause is under investigation by Arson Section detectives.
