Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a a Warehouse manager to join our growing team. The position will be at our main office off Nakoma and Hwy 281 but will also involve some travel around the San Antonio and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: · Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse including but not limited to: Inventory management, staging jobs, layout of warehouse etc. · Responsible to audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock ultimately taking over the ordering of all warehouse stock items. · Review custom orders placed by Office Manager. · Responsible to manage quality control/warranty/service calls with clients including handling those personally when needed. Also experience with installation of shower doors is helpful but not required. · Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve overall operation of the installation teams while developing a positive work environment. · Project a professional and positive attitude with both internal and external customers and setting a good example - we believe in providing great customer service to both internal and external customers. · Assist Office Manager in managing client projects – including planning, scheduling installers/staging, plumbers. · Additional duties assigned by management.
