Our company is seeking maintenance men and day laborers for maintenance and property turns between tenants. Pay is $15 - $25/hr - paid weekly. This position requires a minimum of 5 days a week, with 8-hour days, Do YOU have? Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Experience in property maintenance and general maintenance processes/methods Your own set of tools and reliable transportation Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices The ability to show up on time, ready to work, every day What WE offer!
