NRG Services & Supplies, Inc. is seeking to hire a cleaning specialist to join our company. As a member of our team, you will work as part of a cleaning crew or independently to provide final cleaning services on construction sites for our clients. Commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. Your own vehicle is not required. On-the-job training will be provided by our company. Work day is 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday - Friday. Approximately 24 hours/week to start. Hours may vary with construction season. Job Duties: • Use cleaning supplies, materials and equipment to remove post-construction dust, dirt and grime from the inside of buildings. • Utilize personal protective equipment provided by our company on all construction sites, but you must provide your own work boots. Follow SDS procedures when using cleaning chemicals and follow manufacturer’s safety instructions when operating equipment. • Follow directions from supervisor to complete cleaning assignments thoroughly and on time. • Be courteous to and cooperate with co-workers and other personnel on the job site at all times. • Be able to use a step ladder. • Clean partition glass and windows to our professional standards. • Follow Covid-19 safety protocols when and where required. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Experience: • Commercial cleaning experience is desired, but not required. • Practice in mechanical auto scrubber operation is a plus, but not required. • Practice in carpet extractor operation is a plus, but not required. • Practice in power washer operation is a plus, but not required. • OSHA 10 hour safety certification is a plus, but not required.
