Pomsky and Pit/Cane Corso need rehoming

I have a 2-year-old Pomsky (adorable) and a 5-year-old pit with cane corso that need to be rehomed. I have to go out of state for staged medical procedures and will be gone for about 6 months. It is not fair to board them and leave them here when I will need to be monitored medically for as long as I do. I am looking for someone to take either one or both of them. They are the best of friends. They share a bed at night. The Pomsky (NaNook) has separation anxiety from Nozo (pit/cane), so when Nozo leaves him to go into another room, NaNook will start howling or barking to bring Nozo back to him because god forbid NaNook actually go find Nozo. I'm crying posting this, so please know that I would like to make sure that you are a good fit for my babies. I want them to have a yard with room to roam and not be confined as they love to run. If you can't provide this for them, please do not respond. Shots are up to date, vet visits up to date. No medical issues.
