Our Mission: To provide funding for Automotive Technician certificates/and or degrees at our local Cochise College. This can help open the door for honest, well-educated, certified technicians. They are in high demand in today's world of sophisticated automotive skills. Each year, manufactures add more electronics, computer devices and safety features than any technician has seen in the past. There is also the onset of electric and hybrid vehicles now available. Qualified technicians in this field are far lower than the demand of Auto repair shops, dealerships and specialty shops. Many are searching for technicians that have the drive and the education to repair these types of vehicles. You can help us" Do the Derby" and help the Cochise College help a student become a fully qualified, certified Automobile Technician in doing what we need for our future in the Automotive industry.
