JobSource is now hiring for production workers in the City of Fullerton. The role of the Production Worker is to prepare sushi and other food products and ensure all operating standards including food safety is adhered and final products meet quality standards. Job Responsibilities: • Dispose of waste and recycling materials as required. • Perform inspection of equipment, utensils, etc. to ensure not broken / missing parts and intact. • Cut, prep and pack sushi and other food products. Shifts Available: • Morning Shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm • Morning Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Pay rates: • $15.00 - $17.00 Shifts Available: • Morning Shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm • Morning Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Qualifications: • Able to work in a refrigerated, cold climate (50°F working climate, 40°F for walk in refrigerator and -1°F for walk in freezer)? • Ability to lift up-to 23 kg (50 lb.) where required and stand for extended periods • Flexible to work various shifts and weekends.
