Our reputation for quality workmanship, impeccable service, and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner speak volumes. ** Signing Bonus if hired by May 31st ** (Please contact our office for more details) Job Responsibilities o Build forms, tie rebar, fine grade, and place concrete flatwork o Work behind large paving equipment using hand tools and power tools including floats, trowels and screeds. o Puddle, vibrate, screed and properly smooth and finish concrete surfaces. o Cut and caulk newly placed concrete Qualifications o 1 year (preferred) Concrete Finishing experience – forming, placing and finishing concrete for roads, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, flatwork, and stairs. o Basic knowledge of concrete finishing tools and equipment o Ability to communicate effectively on a team, have good physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions. o Ability to lift up to 50 pounds o Flexible schedule – ability to work 50 hours plus per week TR Construction offers competitive wages, PTO, and referral bonuses to all our employees.
