Dog rescue that reported Illness after eating a Kirkland product?

Hi, I am posting here as I could not find a Craigslist for Richmond, Texas. I am trying to find and contact a pet rescue that reported in March 2022 on "consumeraffairs.org" that they had dogs get ill after eating a Kirkland dog food. The post says that they have a rescue of about 40 dogs and the post was by "Jessica, Richmond, Texas" They did not name the rescue. My dog also had an adverse reaction to something and I suspect the food. At the time of their post they had not heard back from Kirkland. In case there is an issue with the manufacture of that particular batch, I'd like to find out who "Jessica" contacted, and if they got a response from Kirkland, and then I also want to contact Kirkland and appropriate parties to alert them. I have used dog food from Costco for decades and only now have a possible adverse reaction so want to help Kirkland trace down any problems so that they can find out if an ingredient was spoiled or what. If you know of the rescue, or can tell me how to contact dog rescues that might be the one, I'd appreciate it. Please contact me through the CL posting
