Real estate investor who remodels homes thru out Orlando is seeking painters for residential homes. Must have all tools and experience with painting inside and out. Prep is key. Must have brushes, ladders roller and paint sprayer. Hourly wage or piece work entire job based on $20-$25 hourly x Estimated time to complete a certain task. Example: we both agree it will take 5 days to paint this 3/2 1400 sq foot home. That’s 40 hours x $25 = $1000 So rather u finish it in 2 days or 5, it’s still $1000. Does not include pressure washing or wood rot replaced. Once job is done and checked out. I will zelle/Venmo the money within minutes. No chasing your money.
