Who You Are: We are seeking a full time Home Maintenance Worker to join our rapidly growing team. You must like working around a home, be a self-starter, service oriented, a team player, and comfortable lifting heavy objects. This position is starting between $18-$20 per hour + $1,000 signing bonus What You'll Do: The Work - daily hands-on home maintenance responsibilities both inside the home and on the property. You will be an important member of Property Management Team and perform tasks such as: General exterior home maintenance, pressure washing of home exterior and hardscape, window washing, metal polishing, outside furniture set up and movement, as well as identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.
