Position Description Searching for a self-motivated and hands on individual to join our maintenance and facilities team! As a Part-time Maintenance Specialist Team Member, you will be responsible for simple maintenance and repair of facilities by completing the following: Complete routine building and grounds maintenance to include power washing, painting, basic masonry, changing locks, and replacing A/C filters, light bulbs, batteries, etc. Estimate hours needed for projects and maintain time and production records and repair logs to ensure satisfactory results Monitor inventory and safekeeping standards for all tools and equipment Ensure adherence to and enforce safety regulations Assist with coordination of major repairs by outside services Actively respond to any emergency maintenance calls for all facilities Schedule This is a part-time position that requires at least 3 days of full availability. Regular business hours are 9 AM 6 PM, Monday-Friday. Local travel in Company Vehicle required. Occasional on-call required for special projects.
