Description
Our new original alt-country band is seeking a bassist, 30-50 years old.
We have a couple of months of rehearsals under our belt and were fairly close to being gig-ready, but we’re going through a bit of a reset now after losing a couple members.
We play mostly originals (with the occasional cover sprinkled in). We don't play the sort of pop-country stuff you hear on the radio, or even traditional country. We're more into stuff like Old 97's, Whiskeytown/Ryan Adams, Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, Jason Isbell, etc.
We practice once a week, alternating between Raritan and Wharton. We’re hoping to play 6-10 shows a year. Nothing too crazy. We'll see where it goes from there. Would love to record, too, at some point. The goal is to
While we’d like to think we'll make some money, if that's a high priority for you, this probably isn't the band for you.
Sound like something for you? Contact me, and I'll tell you more.
