Found Wallet no ID

I found a wallet at Scopacciata Pizza truck tables. It’s was on the ground like it had fallen out of someone’s back pocket. It has cash but no credit cards or ID. You must describe the wallet and contents to claim it. There is one other thing in the wallet. Please tell me what it is, how much money is in the wallet, and color and brand of wallet to claim it.
