Aquatic african side neck turtle looking for right home

Hello this is Turt. An African side neck aquatic turtle we have had him for about 4 years now. He started in a 55 gallon tank and is now in a large metal stock tank with a canister filter, heater, thermometer, rocks, basking area, ceramic heating pad and Uvb light bulb. Turt has never been very social, he does not like swimming he likes sticking his head out of the water, he loves hiding in his log and loves moss balls. He would enjoy live plants and live food if provided. Unfortunately, we believe turt deserves a home where can be more social and be brought out of his shell so to speak. We are running out of room and the tank cleans and changes have become very hard for us the way our house is set up. We would make sure he goes to a home where his new parents are very knowledgeable already in knowing the types of foods he needs, lighting, basking, filtration, heating, and social interactions he needs to thrive. He would probly like a home with no kids to be passed around he is a quiet shy guy. We love turt so much to ensure he goes to the best home possible we would be willing to travel within a day drive or so. No fees to the right home of course.
