Landscape Crew Member (Inver Grove Heights) Compensation: $18-$24+/hr DOE Natural Landscape Minnesota is a full-service landscape company based in Inver Grove Heights. We have positions open within our company for landscape laborers. Below are the qualifications: • A valid driver’s license. • Punctual with reliable transportation to our Inver Grove Heights location. • Ability to work 40 - 50+ hours per week and some weekends. We are not looking for part-time employees. • Ability to lift more than 50-70 pounds repeatedly. • General landscaping experience (ie: laying sod, install edging and rock/mulch, raking, planting) is a plus but not necessary. • Ability to take direction well with a strong work ethic. • Hardworking and can handle working long hours when needed. • Previous landscape experience in Hardscapes (including paver patios, retaining walls & natural stone) is also a plus but not necessary. • A positive attitude and be able to take instruction and work well in a team environment.
