We are looking for a Part-Time Janitorial/Maintenance employee for an apartment complex located in Merritt Island FL. Duties to include: Vacuum building hallways, Clean laundry rooms, community room and pool restrooms, Cleaning and sweeping parking areas. Some misc. painting, repairs, pressure washing and light yard work. Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check. Starting salary will be $15.00 per hour.
