STAMFORD, CT — A portion of Stillwater Road remains closed in Stamford due to a water main break in the area, according to police. Police said on Twitter the road is closed at Bridge Street from Palmer Hill Road, Halliwell Drive, Hubbard Avenue and Cold Spring Road. Police first announced this portion of the road was closed early Thursday morning.
