Real Estate Management Company seeks A Carpenter/ General Handyman Job duties include, but are not limited to: demolition, carpentry, repairs & renovations interior & exterior, building maintenance & cleaning, custodial tasks, sheet rocking, tile work, repair & new install of wood/vinyl flooring, plastering, painting, overall building maintenance, and seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. Electrical knowledge a plus. 5 years + experience. Valid NYS Drivers License Union Position with benefits Must Include Resume and References
