NOVO Live - The Event 2022 is a half-day get-together where leaders transforming health care delivery can reunite and rally! Meet the innovators and though leaders transforming health care. All year long, NOVO Health works with thought leaders to create successful innovations such as its Bundled Payment Program for Specialty Health Care. Once a year, those experts gather to inspire and share their expertise in person at NOVO Live – The Event, NOVO Health’s annual get-together to celebrate successes, share ideas and engage its community. NOVO Live – The Event brings together a unique mix of health care providers, employer coalitions, commercial insurance providers, benefits consultants, self-funding advocates, network builders and C-suite and HR professionals from companies across the state. This year's keynote speaker is not stranger to the challenges of engaging diverse groups - or even to Harley-Davidson. Ken Schmidt, the former director of communications for Harley Davidson, was part of the team tasked with saving the company from complete failure in the early 1980s. Schmidt will share tales of that adventure, as well as key lessons for engaging employees, customers and other key stakeholders to achieve success. The Event features an inspirational keynote to rally the community, tactical content to help front line personnel better engage employees and grow the success of their programs and explores innovative ideas that any company can adapt to transform their own health benefits program.
