For more than four decades, Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) has provided down payment assistance to Oklahoma homebuyers. In this course, we'll share how down payment assistance makes buying a home more affordable to both first-time and repeat buyers across the state. This course is approved for two hours of continuing education credit as a finance elective with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Each session is limited to 25 attendees. Register early!
