Hi I’m Laith. I'm looking for a single investor to help me open a pop up restaurant with a 5star quality Caribbean menu(open to adding to menu) I have the chef and team already. • The head cook is a known chef from (Trinidad and Tobago) •She has catered for over a 100 Caribbean style Events through out the Brooklyn Ny community. •All food will be cooked fresh and organically sourced. •All juice will be fresh/homemade from real fruits no syrup or mixers. •Juice are : Passion Fruit,Sorrel,Grapefruit juice,lemonade. (more to come) •the chef also has a famous homemade ice cream she makes from scratch called Soursop. As far as the menu I rather talk about that in person or over the phone to any interested Parties. As far as location,not only was I a cook/prep chef I have over 10 years of construction experience working for one of the biggest private construction companies in the state of New Jersey. We have worked on and build over 60 houses in the state of Nj not including other states or countries. This is where I come in. As far as location and restaurant,I am looking for a nice size place. As I said before I’m aiming to open a pop up shop type restaurant,where it is a nice size but not the size of a full restaurant. more like how chipotle is inside but smaller, When you walk in it is enough space to stand in line to order etc I’m more aiming on a 5 star type Caribbean meal on the go while you are on brake or on the way to job number two or even a nice small meal to hold you until you get home to cook from work. I say that to say If we can find a fixer upper location already restaurant ready inside my team and I can fix it up and save money on construction and labor in the process,so we just saved a ton of money already. I’m here to ask for help not just money,I’m not asking for a investor to come give me a check. If we can find a location together you can handle the paying of the restaurant and the paying for the materials if needed to fix the place up,money will never have to touch my hands and I’m fine with that. I just have a dream I have the people around me to make it happen, I just really need your help for this last step before my dream is reality. Of course you will get a percentage of income coming into the restaurant and if this pop up style restaurant goes well we can use it to build a present then open a restaurant and see what the future hold.
