Hiring multiple positions for general contractor

I am a busy local contractor looking to hire some more help for interior and exterior projects. Various tasks include flooring, flooring refinishing, painting interior & exterior, framing, millwork of installation of various types of moldings, drywall finishing etc. Also just looking for a basic laborer who is a hard worker and can use basic tools and read a tape measure. Qualifications: must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle, show up on time and able to work atleast a 8hr work day, be of professional appearance and have a get it done attitude, must be able to manage time and get jobs done in a professional manner, work well with others. There is a zero drug policy and won't be tolerated but that goes without saying. You can't fake it to make it here! I will know within the first couple hours..
