Join us for an outdoor, full moon flow yoga!
A full moon occurs when the moon and sun are at the opposite points in the sky and the moon is at its brightest. It marks the end of the lunar cycle and an opportune time for inward reflection, letting go, and re-charging. This workshop is lead by: Eric Dreger, Judith Wade, Kim Quinn, and Sandy Brotje.
This relaxing and reflective workshop will provide the opportunity to access (harness) and optimize the full moon energy through various techniques including:
Meditation and breathwork,Journaling and reflection accessing your inner wisdom for clarity and guidance,Gentle, mindful yoga movement complimented by the healing sounds of crystal bowls helping to remove stuck energy in the body and in your life. This month’s full moon, the Flower Moon, a deep dark red, will also be a lunar eclipse. One aspect of this full moon is vulnerability, along with abundance, laughter, and fun. Join us for this interactive, powerful, and fun workshop to get the most from what the full moon has to offer. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat. The event will take place outdoors. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside. Dress accordingly.
Included with the ticket, each participant may choose from a 10 oz. beer, kombucha or hot tea after the session.
