The Hampton Delta Foundation, a public service foundation, is pleased to invite you to our official Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Attendees are asked to arrive by 1:30. Shuttle parking from War Memorial Stadium will be available. All guests must register. Light refreshments will be served. A PowerPoint presentation will be looped in the Auditorium beginning at 1:30 p.m. and a Photo Gallery will be on display from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.: Greetings & Ribbon Cutting 3:00 p.m.: Tour of the Hampton Delta Foundation Building
