Join us for an interactive massage workshop to learn more about Body Dynamics' approach to clinical massage!
Massage at Body Dynamics is a treat for the whole body! In this interactive workshop, you'll learn about the foundational approaches to clinical massage our therapists use at BDI and experience it firsthand. The team will give a basic overview of the history and practice of massage and demonstrate 3 primary approaches: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release. They will also introduce other approaches used less frequently at Body Dynamics, including pre-natal massage and neuromuscular massage. If you’ve ever wondered how clinical massage can improve the health of your whole body, this is the workshop for you!
This workshop will be capped at 12 participants to ensure all guests have time on the massage table to experience some of the work first-hand. Should tickets sell out, please stay tuned for additional workshop opportunities. Plan to stay for 75 minutes so there is ample time for questions!
For first time clients who book a massage with us within 24 hours of the workshop, the $10 fee to attend will be credited toward your session.
