Class Description: Form silver clay into jewelry and then torch-fire to turn into pure silver! Class Description: This is the total starter beginner silver clay class. Do you know about metal clay? It’s a cool material that starts as clay and once formed, dried, refined, and fired, you have pure silver jewelry parts. Super cool stuff. You can make so many cool things without the need for heavy duty silversmithing tools. the material we will be working with can be torch fired or kiln fired. We’ll have a kiln on hand and torches so everyone can experience both methods. The class includes 10 grams of silver clay. More will be available for purchase if you would like. We’ll be spending three hours in this class.
