Description
April is Accreditation Month at PRSA! Learn how becoming accredited in Public Relations can help advance your career in this lunch & learn.
Just as certified public accountants or physicians showcase a higher level of proficiency via these achieved designations in their sector, so too will the APR differentiate you. The Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) credential is the profession's gold standard for communicators who have demonstrated the "drive, professionalism and principles" that set them apart from their peers and position them as a leader in a competitive PR field.
When you see the APR after your name, every day, it reminds you of what you have accomplished. Education is something no one can EVER take away from you. In this day and age, the self-confidence and satisfaction it provides as a public relations professional is sterling. Relative to industry certifications or a master’s degree, the APR is less expensive and less time consuming but bears a significant pro dev accomplishment.
Join us for this very special Lunch & Learn on Thursday, April 28th. Emily Diament, APR and Kim Bergeron, APR will join Cheryn Robles, APR in a discussion about the journey to Accreditation and what it means for your career. Lunch will be provided with an RSVP.
