Looking to adopt a female rat

I recently rescued a lone rat from a neglectful environment and I’m looking for a friend for her. I am an experienced rat owner but have not had rats in years and I dont know any reputable rat breeders or rescues in the Portland area. Please let me know if you know where I can find a rescue or if you or someone you know needs a home for their female rat(s). Rat breeders are a last resort for me but I’m in a hurry to find my rat a friend. I have 3 large rat cages filled with levels, hammocks, toys, chews, houses etc, and I use fleece fabric for bedding. I have plans to connect them together for one big rat mansion. I feed my rat muzuri blocks as a base and always provide them with fresh fruits and veggies along with treats for training. My rat spends plenty of time outside her cage too for supervised exploring and cuddles. Any rat would be overly loved here! I’m not looking to spend more than 20$ for a rehoming fee or looking to purchase rat cages and supplies Thank you for reading and have a great rest of your day!
