Led by Cidermaker Karl Duhoffman, of Orchard Hill Cider Mill, learn about the traditional French production, its history, and the transition into the american market. Taste both Ten66 NY Pommeau and Ten66 NY Reserve Pommeau, as well as try some amazing food pairings and sample a cocktail with Tenn66 featured.
Every participant will also get a voucher to take home their choice of Ten66 bottles at no additional cost!
Please arrive a few minutes early, as our class should start promptly at 12:30.
Our Spring Mini-Grand Cider Tasting will immediately follow the end of this class, and all participants are encouraged to stay and try the other 50+ options that will be available to taste. There is no additional cost for the second event.
