t's back, the much requested Cheddar Cheese making class! This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish. This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish, you will sample a homemade Cheddar as well! You will have a great time learning how to make this popular cheese and take home a 1/2 pound wheel to age! Class fee - $40 Class size limited to 8. Take home kits that will make 2 one gallon batches will be available the day of class for $10. Raw milk from Valley Milk Simply Bottled is available to take home at $5 a gallon - but you will need to pre-order the milk by sending me a message.
