Empowering Powerful Women: Work, Love & the Pursuit of Happiness. Discussing ways to balance it all and create happiness in everyday life! Women wear many hats, mother, daughter, sister, lover, friend, coworker.. and the list goes on. We are at the core of our communities and are looked on for support and guidance. We are constantly being pulled in a million different directions and it can sometimes feel stressful and overwhelming. Learning to balance all aspects of our lives is an important part in creating happiness for ourselves and those around us. During our Empowering Powerful Women Event we will come together to discuss common goals, struggles as well as offer practices such as grounding and breath work that you can use when life starts to feel unmanageable. We will enjoy refreshments and conversation with like-minded people. We are excited to build a community of empowered and powerful women!
