A boxing bootcamp hosted by Salu Gbla (@Salu_Gbla) and JLT Performance (@jlt_performance). A first ever HIIT/Boxing event focused on bringing some of the LA fitness and non-fitness community together. JLT is a performance gym located in Hollywood owned by Jamal Liggin.
