The LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart is hosting its Spring Wine Dinner on Friday, May 13, 2022. Get ready for a very special Spring Wine Dinner at LEX 530 on Friday, May 13, 2022. The reception, with three different appetizers, starts at 6 pm. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm. LEX 530 Executive Chef Jeremiah Bute will prepare this delicious dinner to be paired with these outstanding wines selected by Wine Director Stan Minden. THE COURSES: Reception Foie gras crostiniCaprese skewersFalafel with hummusSoup Course Lobster bisque. Paired with the Morgan Double L Vineyard Chardonnay, 2017 (Monterey County, California).Salad Course Niçoise salad. Paired with the Morgan Double L Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2018 (Monterey County, California).Entrée New Zealand rack of lamb served with grilled polenta cakes, bordelaise sauce and broccolini. Paired with the Luca Laborde Double Select Syrah, 2018 (Mendoza, Argentina).Dessert Mint chocolate truffle.
