Casa Flamenca presents an intimate flamenco music performance featuring Juani de la Isla and Miguel Rosendo, guest artists from Spain! Known for the artistic quality and authenticity of their flamenco productions, Casa Flamenca brings you special guest artists-in-residence from Spain - internationally acclaimed flamenco guitarist Juani de La Isla and flamenco singer Miguel Rosendo. Both artists have performed internationally in flamenco festivals and touring productions with some of Spain’s finest flamenco artists. Featured artists:  Juani de la Isla is a world-renowned flamenco guitarist from Isla San Fernando in southern Spain. He began his musical education studying with the great flamenco singer Rafael Romero, has been a student of the celebrated flamenco guitarist Manolo Sanlúcar, and has also been trained in the gypsy flamenco style of Morón - a small pueblo in the heart of Andalusia’s flamenco country. He has accompanied and composed for some of the greatest flamenco artists of this century. For over a decade, he was Musical Director for the popular flamenco singer “El Barrio”. His recording career includes participation on more than 100 albums with some of Spain’s finest flamenco artists as well as his solo CD, Libertad en Mis Manos. Miguel Rosendo, cantaor from Cádiz, was born in Barrio de la Viña, famed for being steeped in the art of flamenco and flamenco cante. Miguel performs in the most popular flamenco tablaos in Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville and is known for his powerful, rhythmic voice, unique in its resonant quality and echo. He has been the singer for many major companies such as Cristina Hoyos, Manuela Carrasco, Pastora and Israel Galvan, Juan and Pilar Ogalla, Javier Baron, Andres Pena, and Javier La Torre amongst many others. He performs regularly in Sara Baras productions, participates in the grandest events and festivals in Spain, and tours worldwide.
