Join us for a gentle yoga class. This class focuses on hips, lower back, shoulders and neck.
A softer class that incorporates balance work, strength development, and stretching for improving range of motion, body strength, and stress reduction. This class is ideal for beginners, seniors, expectant mothers (pre- and post-natal), those recovering from injuries, or anyone who needs a break from their strenuous activity routine.
This is a free class but we will accept donations :)
