This is a very special one day retreat under the guidance of Awakened Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien. We are very happy to invite you to attend our first in-person one day Awake retreat since the onset of Covid pandemic. Our retreats are very special and unique because they are guided by Awakened Zen Master Thich Dieu Thien, also lovingly called the Awakened One. Awakened One Thich Dieu Thien has been constantly opening the wisdom mind of all people for over 20 years. Because of her Great Vow, the Awakened One stepped into this world to help all people to merge with Awake and end all suffering. Awake is pure, serene, full of wisdom and compassion, open, fresh, bright, clear, vast and spacious. No more conflicts, stress, and the dualities of good/bad, right/wrong, high/low, rich/poor, living/dying, and so on. Universal Door Meditation Center, founded by the Awakened One, welcomes people of all backgrounds, race, age, culture, and religion. Our retreats, under the guidance of the Awakened One are planned, yet not planned. Meaning, the Awakened One’s guidance is very flexible, spontaneous and dynamic depending on what each person in the room needs to have their wisdom mind opened. At the end of the retreat, participants go home feeling lighter within, clearer, brighter and happier, eager to bring Awake into everyday life.
