Vendor fees will be introduced this year.
Indoor fee (includes electrical outlet(s), air conditioning, 4 chairs) : $35
Outdoor fee (includes space, 2 chairs, no electrical outlet): $25
1) How much space is provided?
A 10x10 space is provided by default unless otherwise specified.
2) Will there be access to electrical outlets?
Yes, if you register to be an indoor vendor. Limited access is available outside, but not guaranteed.
3) Do I need to bring tables and chairs?
No. 4 chairs are provided for indoor vendors and 2 chairs for outdoor vendors.
4) Is there a nearby ATM?
No. There is no ATM nearby. Please be prepared to make change for some residents and accept digital pay for others.
5) Is the event rain or shine?
Yes.
6) How many vendors will there be?
25+
7) If I sell out early, can I pack up and leave early, or do I have to wait until the official end of the event?
If you sell out early, you are free to pack up and leave. Please check out with one of the lead volunteers.
8) Will there be anyone there to help me load in, set up and load out, or should I arrive with my own muscle?
Volunteers will be on-site, but only to help with festival logistics. You should arrive with your own muscle for load in, set up and load out.
