Join Out in Finance as we partner with BMO Harris for a conversation between some of the top LGBTQ+ female leaders in our industry. Please join Out in Finance on Lesbian Visibility Day as we partner with BMO Harris Bank and Citywide Pride for a dynamic panel discussion with some of the top LGBTQ+ women leaders in the financial services industry. We will hear from: Maribel Alvarado, Regional Market President for Arizona at BMO Harris BankRachel Gottlieb, Chief Human Resources Officer, Technology, Operations and Corporate Areas at BMO Financial GroupLynne Perryman, Control Manager at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Servia Rindfleish, SVP and Client Portfolio Specialist at Mesirow FinancialThese leaders will share their personal stories before diving into challenges and successes they have encountered in their careers. The event will also feature discussions on authenticity, intersectionality and the importance of allyship. The panel will be moderated by Roxanne Meyer, Underwriting Consulting Director at CNA Insurance. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask their own questions of the speakers. This event will be offered both virtually and in person at BMO Harris Bank's office in downtown Chicago (111 W Monroe Street). For in-person attendees there will be a networking reception with light refreshments following the discussion.
