Join me for a 60 minute sound healing to connect you to your Higher Self What is the Higher Self? The higher self is also known as the transcendental self, or Purusha, in Sanskrit. It is considered the Divine Self and part of the Cosmic Consciousness by some. Yogis seek to unite the lower self (ego) and higher self through their spiritual practice, creating balance and oneness within. Through Yoga Nada (Sound Healing) we can strengthen the connection to our higher self. Leaving us feeling illuminated, at peace and synchronized with the Higher Self & divine wisdom. The Higher Self is not an entity seperate from you. It is very much a part of you. The higher self can help you feel more connected to your personal truth. This causes you to feel empowered & connected to your divine intuition. Meet your guide: Danielle Elese is a certified Sound Healing Therapist & Reiki Master Teacher (CSHT, RMT). Currently, she is pursuing her Hypnotherapy certification. Education & expansion are the cornerstones of Danielle’s healing explorations. Her intention is to provide space for others to come into greater alignment with their own inner healer. Thus activating one’s own unique purpose, in alignment with a sense of joy. Music and song have always been interwoven within Danielle’s expression. Danielle uses Reiki-infused Sound Healing to bring the body, soul & spirit back into harmony with one another. Creating greater harmony within the Universe. Preparation: We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, eye cover or any other props to create a personal space where you will be comfortable. This includes bolsters, padding for yoga mat or anything that will increase your comfortabilty while receiving treatement. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your space and have your client intake forms confirmed. Follow the link to submit your client intake form.
